It's a very busy time for me, with many events, classes and training for professional fitness contest in Miami (June 26-28). I am often asked: "How you do it?".
I found balance and I am focused on my goals. I work hard and I am devoted to my dream!
I try to motivate those around me to make the move, to care about their health and body, to be serene.
Some advice from me:
- Have a Positive attitude
- "Clean" your fridge and pantry
- Make sport/movement. If you can not afford to go to the gym, enjoy a walk outside and a few crunches and stretching exercises that you can do at home
- Drink Water (always)
- Eat Seasonal foods rich in antioxidants and fiber: onions, lettuce, cucumbers, radishes, strawberries etc
-Write On a sheet all you want to improve your life,
And then take action!
You are the one who must make the first move!
Then you'll get the support and the help you need!
